Your 30-day evaluation

Your free trial begins when you complete workspace setup and lasts 30 days. No card is collected and no automatic charge is made. At expiry, new entries and uploads stop; reading and exporting remain available. Any paid continuation requires separately communicated pricing and your agreement. Billing is not enabled in this release.

Your information

We store your email, password hash, account status, business profile, accounting entries, uploaded documents, feedback and security activity to operate the service. Email is used for verification, sign-in codes and password recovery. Business website lookup is optional and reads public pages only. On-device document reading extracts suggested details; the original document is uploaded only when you confirm saving.

This installation runs on the hosting chosen by OneStop. Accounting records are stored in its SQL database. Documents, configuration and sessions are placed outside the public website folder. Your hosting provider processes and backs up this information under its own arrangements; this release does not guarantee a specific data residency location. We do not sell your financial records or use uploaded documents for advertising.

Use sample data during the pilot

Start with synthetic or redacted documents. Do not upload patient clinical records, identity documents, confidential legal narratives or other people's sensitive information during evaluation. Always check extraction results and calculations.

Access and retention

Your records are associated with your account. Do not share your password or sign-in codes. Sign out on shared devices. Records are not deleted automatically at trial expiry. You can export your accounting data and contact us for access, correction or deletion. Deletion requests must include uploaded documents and historical snapshots. The operator must establish and communicate a retention schedule before wider production use.

Scope and accuracy

This is a test release, not independently audited accounting, tax or security software. Direct SARS submission, medical-aid claim submission, trust accounting, paid subscriptions and native app-store builds are not connected. ICD references are historical SA MIT 2021 and require checking against current rules. Payroll covers only the stated basic, full-month regular-salary cases for March 2026 to February 2027. Have all official reports and tax calculations reviewed before filing or paying. No system can be guaranteed immune to attack.

Feedback

Your rating and comments are stored with your business name and package. OneStop's administrator can review them. Leave out passwords and personal details about clients, patients or employees.
